Since 2005, Bailey Remodeling and Construction has been specializing in high quality residential remodeling, with a passion for providing our clients with unparalleled customer service. Our experienced team will work with you to understand the vision you have for your home, and will translate that vision into a reality by coordinating every aspect of your remodeling project. We have built our reputation and business on being reliable, trustworthy and by treating your home as if it was our own.
Brandon C. Bailey
Brandon, a Louisville native, founded Bailey Remodeling and Construction in 2005, working initially on smaller scale projects for neighbors and friends. It didn’t take long for word of Brandon’s quality work and dependable service to spread, providing Brandon countless opportunities to delight customers with unique and innovative full and partial-home transformations. Brandon is a Registered Remodeler with the Home Builders Association of Louisville, and he serves on the Remodeler's Council Executive Committee and the Building Industry Charitable Foundation Committee. Brandon also regularly attends industry related continuing education courses to ensure he can speak to the latest building trends and practices. Brandon is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics.
Jon N. Steimel
Jon, also a Louisville native, graduated from Dupont Manual High School in 1999, going on to earn a bachelors degree in Business Administration at the University of Kentucky. Immediately following graduation, Jon accepted a position as an assistant superintendent with Elite Homes, where he learned the high-end construction business first-hand. Then, in 2005, Jon was promoted to the position of Builder Representative, where he earned his real estate license and further expanded his understanding of the building industry, honing his customer relations, plan drafting, and cost estimating skills. Jon joined the Bailey Remodeling team in May of 2009, bringing with him his extensive construction and real-estate experience, as well as a positive attitude and customer-centric business philosophy. Jon has been a member of the Home Builders Association of Louisville since 2008, and sits on the Sales and Marketing Council. Jon is a licensed real estate agent and member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.
