Initial Meetings
This meeting will be held at the site of the remodeling project. It will give you a chance to learn more
about how we do business, we will discuss the project and how the project will alter the way you live and
enjoy your home.
Plans (2-4 Weeks)
If your project requires plans, and you have not yet had them drawn, we will have you work with our
architect to put together the plans for the project.




Preliminary Pricing (1-2 Weeks)
This meeting could be held at the site of the remodeling project or at one of our suppliers’ showrooms.
This will give you an opportunity to begin making selections for your project. At this meeting we will go
over the project highlights and give you a preliminary price range that your project should fit within. If
you are comfortable with the price range, we will move forward and build an exact price for your project.
Pricing (1-4 Weeks)
During this stage we will bring out professionals from different trades and have them give us exact
pricing for the job. After which, we will compile all the numbers and formulate a specific plan for your
project.




Selections / Design Consultant
We prefer to get the majority of the selections done during the pricing stage but it could spill over into
the project. You will be provided a list of items that you will need to select and the list will include
suppliers and design consultants to help you with the decisions.
Sign Remodelors Agreement / Start Project
Once we have gotten all the numbers together and formulate a plan we will sit down and sign all the
necessary paperwork and start on your home transformation.
